How do I request a refund?
Monthly subscriptions are prepaid and nonrefundable. Cancellations can be requested through your online application at any time, and will be effective at the end of your monthly billing cycle.
You will retain access to all of the product features for the remainder of that billing period. Thereafter, you will have access to a free 'Basic' account offering other features to help you on your journey to financial wellness.
