How do I dispute errors on my credit score?
There are a few ways to dispute the information on your credit report.
You may contact the credit bureau who populated the report as well as the company that supplied the information to the respective credit bureau.
The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) (https://www.consumerfinance.gov) provides a great summary of how to dispute an error on your credit report.
