Upgrade/Downgrade Subscription

Will I be prorated if I move from Stretch Financial Wellness® Focus to Vision or vice versa?

Upgrade
If you subscribe to Stretch Financial Wellness® Focus and decide to modify your subscription to our Vision product, we will prorate and credit any unused days in your Focus term to the 30-day cost of the Vision subscription.   

• For example, if you decide to upgrade to Vision and you are a few days into your Focus subscription, you might have an unused subscription balance of $3.99 remaining. This $3.99 will apply to your Vision subscription purchase. The Vision subscription will be prorated based on the number of days remaining in your billing period. If the prorated cost of Vision is $10.99, your credit of $3.99 will apply leaving a balance of $7.00 that will be charged to the card on file for your upgrade. 

Downgrade
If you are currently a Stretch Financial Wellness® Vision Customer and would like to downgrade to Focus, you will remain a Vision customer until all pending payments are completed, and until the next billing cycle. At that time, providing all pending payments are satisfied, your subscription will successfully change and you will be charged $5.99. No proration occurs in this scenario.
