Access After Cancellation

What happens when I cancel my paid subscription?

Access Changes:

When you cancel, you’ll still have access to your account until the end of your billing cycle. Once the cancellation completes, you will only have access to the free "Basic" version of Stretch Financial Wellness.

Scheduled Liability (Debt) Payments:

Scheduled liability (debt) payments submitted through Stretch Financial Wellness Vision will occur only if the 'deliver by' date is on or before the end of your current billing cycle. Any such liability (debt) payments scheduled to be delivered after your subscription ends will not be processed through the Stretch Financial Wellness platform. You will need to submit payment through an alternative payment method.

Stretch Financial Wellness is not responsible for late fees.
