What does excluding a transaction from 'Spending Insights' do?

We all make one-off purchases, and these can skew the analysis of our spending habits. By excluding a transaction, it will not reflect in overall spending calculations and may better help you analyze your consistent, traditional spending habits.

Try it:

  • Click on the transaction

  • Scroll down to the bottom

  • Click the 'Exclude from Spending Insights' button.

Verify It:

If you successfully excluded a transaction, you'll see this in two places:

  • On the transaction summary, a red icon will appear next the monetary amount of the purchase.

  • If you click on the transaction, you'll see 'Excluded' in red print below the monetary amount of the purchase.

Want to undo it?

No problem! Just click the 'Include in Spending Habits' button right below the transaction amount.
