Can I cancel my subscription?

Your Stretch Financial Wellness® subscription will automatically renew. If you wish to cancel, you can do so in your online account.

1. Log in and navigate to the 'Profile' silhouette in the upper right corner

2. Select 'Subscription'

3. Select 'Cancel Plan'

4. Select 'Cancel Subscription' and follow the prompts

Monthly subscriptions are prepaid and nonrefundable. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your monthly subscription period. Until then, you will have free access to all of our financial tools.
