Who are Method Financial, Plaid, and Grasshopper?

We have engaged with other companies in the financial industry to deliver our service to you. Below is a list of some of the companies and how they support Stretch Financial Wellness®.

• Plaid—The company that authenticates the bank account used to make your liability (debt) payments.

• Method Financial (Method)—The company supporting many of the Stretch Financial Wellness® features, allowing us use 10,000+ banking institutions, to access three credit bureaus, and to provide you with a robust view of your linked liabilities (debts.)

• Grasshopper Bank, N.A. (Grasshopper)—The financial institution handling all fund transfer services for liability (debt) payments facilitated through Stretch Financial Wellness®, including ACH and wire transfer services. They withdraw the payment amount from your bank account within 24 business hours, hold the funds for two business days, then send the funds to the requested liability (debt) holder, to be applied to your account.
