Why does it show the wrong balance?
Account balances automatically update multiple times per day, depending on how your financial institution updates the data we receive from the third party providers, like Method and Plaid.
If your liability displays a higher or lower monetary value than expected, it may be because transaction activity, like payments or charges, have not yet processed.
If your balance is off by a time period of months or weeks, this is a result of how your external liability holder reports balances.
A consistently incorrect bank account balance could mean Plaid is unable to connect to your bank.
