Update Liability (Debt) Details
The liability information is wrong. How do I fix it?
When we are notified of updates to your account balance, the information in your Stretch Financial Wellness® account will be updated as well. Based on what and how often your financial institution shares information with us, we may not have the most up-to-date information about each account.
After your liabilities are linked, please allow a few days for all information, like due dates and account balances, to be updated.
Certain information is able to be updated within the app, including:
Interest Rate or APR
Minimum Payment
To make those changes:
Click on the Goals tab
Click 'Adjust Your Numbers'
Enter the updated information
Hit 'Save'
Note: If you don't see the 'Adjust Your Numbers' option, you may not have started the paydown journey. First, click 'Get Started' from the Calculate Your Credit Card Journey option at the top of the Goals page. Then, scroll down to see the 'Adjust Your Numbers' link near the bottom.
